Printing and Shipping

All our our products are made to order and take up to 7 days to make. Typically they are shipped out within 3 days, however.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE ORDERING A PRODUCT AS A GIFT, OR NEED IT BEFORE A SPECIFIC TIME, BE SURE TO ORDER IT WITH ENOUGH TIME TO PRINT AND SHIP.

Returns and Exchanges

Since our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you decide that you wanted a different size or color, please let us know as soon as possible and if the product has not yet gone into production, we can change the order for you. If the product is misprinted or faulty, please email info@hazardgolf.co a photo of the defective product and we will send you a new one free of charge (you do not need to send the defective product back). This must be done within 30 days of receiving the product (the date that the shipping carrier indicates the product has reached its destination). If the product is lost in transit, we will gladly replace that as well, free of charge.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. We are also crypto friendly and are in the process of setting up a cryptocurrency payment gateway, so stay tuned for updates. In the meantime, if you would like to pay with cryptocurrencies, please email us at info@hazardgolf.co to set up the transaction.
